COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #036-2013
DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
(Kelly Simon)
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a Notice of Claim from Kelly Simon on
January 23, 2013; and
WHEREAS, The City’s insurance carrier has recommended that the City disallow this
claim; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the City deny the claim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby disallow
the claim submitted by Kelly Simon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That no legal action may be brought on this claim after
six months from the date of service of notice of this disallowance of claim pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes, Section 893.80.
