RESOLUTION #017-2013
RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF THE DEPUTY COURT CLERK POSITION
WHEREAS, The Municipal Judge has requested that the status of the part-time Deputy Court
Clerk position be changed to full time; and
WHEREAS, The Judge believes the increase in hours will allow the court staff to perform the
duties required by state statute and generate additional revenue with the collection of
outstanding court fines; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed the request and recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council , upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, hereby approves the change in status of the
Deputy Court Clerk position from part time to full time effective with the first payroll following
adoption of this resolution.
