COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #016-2013
APPROVAL OF CONTINUATION OF POLICE LIAISON OFFICER PROGRAM
WHEREAS, There is a 66.0301 Cooperative Contract between the City of Muskego
and the Muskego-Norway School District to Share the Services of Police Liaison
Officers for the 2012-2013 school year; and
WHEREAS, The contract calls for both parties to indicate their interest to continue the
contract beyond June 30, 2013 by informing the other party no later than April 1; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended continued participation in the
program for the 2013-2014 school year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the continuation of the Police Liaison Officer Program beyond the June 30, 2013 date
subject to updated figures for salary and benefits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Chief of Police are authorized to
execute the 2013-2014 contract in the name of the City.
