COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #013-2013
APPROVAL OF SUBURBAN CRITICAL INCIDENT
TEAM MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Police Chief Moser has recommended that the City enter into the
Suburban Critical Incident Team Mutual Aid Agreement; and
WHEREAS, The intent of the agreement is to permit the Police Departments of various
communities to more fully safeguard the lives, persons, and property of all citizens; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached agreement and has
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Suburban Critical Incident Team Mutual Aid Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Police Chief are hereby authorized
to execute the agreement in the name of the City.
