RESOLUTION #012-2013
APPROVAL OF DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT
FOR UTILITY BURIAL (JANESVILLE ROAD)
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed the attached Easement for utility burial
on Janesville Road and recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Distribution Easement to WE Energies and Time Warner Cable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the document in the name of the City.
