AWARD OF BID
Private Property Lateral Rehabilitation and Repair Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Private Property Lateral Rehabilitation and
Repair Project and the following bids were received:
CONTRACTOR BASE BID
Mid City Plumbing & Heating $ 74,750
D. F. Tomasini, Inc. $ 71,125
Super Excavators $ 98,100
Reesman’s Excavating $ 73,545
Rawson Contractors, Inc. $111,500
WHEREAS, The City Engineer and Public Works Committee recommend acceptance of the
low bid submitted by D. F. Tomasini, Inc. in the amount of $71,125 for the Private Property
Lateral Rehabilitation and Repair Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
$71,125 submitted by D. F. Tomasini, Inc. for the Private Property Lateral Rehabilitation and
Repair Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or her designee are authorized to sign any
change orders.
