APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W17536 JANESVILLE ROAD
TO ALLOW THE SALE OF PLANTS BY PAUL RAPALA
(MUSKEG0 RESTAURANT)
WHEREAS, A request for the temporary sale of flowers from Paul
Rapala has been submitted to sell flowers in the parking lot of
575 W17536 Janesville Road, the old Muskego Restaurant, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is also proposing utilize existing
structures and erecting one pole canopy, and
and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation still need to be addressed,
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting no signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
temporary sale of plants subject to the applicant obtaining a
permit from the City Clerk and approval from the property owner(s)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The hours of operation will be seven
days a week with day time operations from dawn to dusk.
