APPROVAL OF A TWO LOT CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE HAUT PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 31
(TAX KEY NO. 2283.999.003 / W216 S10891 CROWBAR DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On March 29, 2005 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by James Haut for a two
(2) lot land division of the property located in the SW ¼ of Section 31, (Tax Key No. 2283.999.003
/ W216 S10891 Crowbar Drive), and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned A Agricultural District and the proposed land division would
create lots with a minimum area of approximately 3.79 acres and an average minimum width of
380 feet, and all parcels appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium
density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and
WHEREAS, The CSM depicts land dedications for rights-of-way in conformity with the 2010 Street
System Plan, and
WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private on-site sewer systems and private water
facilities, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing home that will remain on Lot #2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified Survey Map
submitted by James Haut for a two (2) lot land division of the property located in the SW ¼ of
Section 31, (Tax Key No. 2283.999.003 / W216 S10891 Crowbar Drive), subject to resolution of
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and
payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding
assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a letter of concurrence from the DNR for the wetland
boundary delineation must be provided to the City of Muskego prior to city signatures and
recording.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all technical correction will need to be addressed before the
CSM will be signed and recorded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital file of this CSM shall be submitted to the City in
accordance with Common Council Ordinance No. 1118 and Resolution 196-2002.
