APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL CONDITIONAL USE GRANT REVIEW TO ALLOW TWO (2)
MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSES FOR GEORGE ALEX AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S98 W12682/86 LOOMIS ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2257.984)
WHEREAS, Formal Building, Site and Operation Plans and a Conditional Use Grant application
were submitted to the Planning Department by George Alex for two (2) mini-storage
warehouses for the property located at S98 W12682/86 Loomis Road on November 4, 1994,
and
WHEREAS, As a Conditional Use Grant and Building, Site and Operation plan was adopted by
the Plan Commission for two mini-storage warehouse for the property located at S98
W12682/86 for George Alex under Resolution #P.C. 227-94 on December 20, 1994, and
WHEREAS, both warehouses are constructed on the lot, and
WHEREAS, Conditions of approval included:
1. Beginning in March of 1996, an annual review shall be conducted to ensure the
development is maintained.
2. No outside storage of vehicles, equipment, goods or materials.
3. No vehicle repair or restoration activities.
4. No manufacturing, assembly or materials and goods distribution operations, and
WHEREAS, There were two trailers and a pallet of blocks stored outside on the property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the Annual Conditional
Use Grant Review and the Building, Site, and Operation plan by George Alex and that the
Building, Site and Operation Plan dated and received November 18, 1994, be kept on file in the
Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the trailers and the pallet of blocks, along with any other
outside storage, shall be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the yearly review be held no later than the second meeting
in March of every calendar year.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this Building, Site
and Operation Plan shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the
initiation of legal action, or both.
