APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE SOMMER INVESTMENT PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 2, TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, On January 21, 2005 A Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land division
was submitted by Jahnke and Jahnke for a property located in the SE ¼ of Section 2,
Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of
the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the
extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a three (3) lot land division of the Sommer
Investment property located in the SE ¼ of Section 2, Town of Waterford, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Certified Survey Map replaces a final plat
previously approved by Plan Commission as per P.C. Resolution #100-2004.
