APPROVAL OF A WALL SIGN FOR CREATIVE KARTING LOCATED AT
W125 S9912 NORTH CAPE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2260.999)
WHEREAS, On January 13, 2005, plans were submitted for a wall sign for Creative
Karting, located at W125 S9912 North Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, The wall sign is proposed to be 12 square feet in area and would be located
on the North Cape Road façade of an office building, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4 Highway Business District, and said signage
conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires
Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 12 square foot
wall sign for Creative Karting, located at W125 S9912 North Cape Road as depicted in
the January 13, 2005 submittal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this
plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
