PCR2004116 RESOLUTION #P.C. 116-2004 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR BIOSOURCE INC LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 2 (S66 W14328 JANESVILLE ROAD / TAX KEY NO. 2165.978) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on September 28, 2004 by Dr. N. Suresh for a commercial building owned by BioSource Inc. in order to remove steel siding and a porch from the front building façade and replace it with a brick facade, said property is located at S66 W14328 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2165.978), and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned B-3, General Business District, and WHEREAS, The existing building is clad with mostly steel siding and a small area of brick with a covered porch area, and WHEREAS, The front façade will be replaced with red brick with gray mortar, and WHEREAS, There will be a soldier brick course across the front façade over the existing windows, and WHEREAS, The brick facade is consistent with the guidelines within the Tess Corners Design Guide that the property resides in. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amendment to a Building, Site and Operation Plan submitted by Dr. N. Suresh for BioSource located on Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2165.978). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans will be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
