APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT
FOR BAUMGART GARDENS ESTATES
LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 2 TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, On August 30, 2004 a Final Plat for a nine (9) lot land division was
submitted by Curtis & Colleen Sommer for Baumgart Gardens Estates Subdivision
located in the SE ¼ of Section 2, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of
the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the
extraterritorial Final Plat creating a nine (9) lot land division for Baumgart Gardens
Estates Subdivision located in the SE ¼ of Section 2, Town of Waterford, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
