PCR2004094RESOLUTION #P.C. 094-2004 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY FOR THE INPRO CORPORATION FROM I-1 INDUSTRIAL PARK TO I-1/OPD INDUSTRIAL PARK WITH A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY LOCATED IN THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 16 AND THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 17 (TAX KEY Nos. 2221.001, 2221.002, 2221.003, 2221.004, 2221.006.001 / APOLLO DRIVE) WHEREAS, On July 28, 2004 a petition for rezoning was submitted by the Inpro Corporation to rezone the Inpro Corporation and surrounding properties from I-1 Industrial Park to I-1/OPD Industrial Park with a Planned Development Overlay, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common Council on August 24, 2004, and WHEREAS, The petition would permit flexibility within the underlying I-1 Industrial Park District, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts the property for industrial use consistent with the I-1 Industrial District, and this proposal is consistent with this goal, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of the Inpro property and surroundings identified by Tax Key Numbers 2221.001, 2221.002, 2221.003, 2221.004, 2221.006.001 from I-1 Industrial Park to I-1/OPD Industrial Park with a Planned Development Overlay. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Building, Site, and Operation Plan to determine the OPD restrictions.
