PCR2004086 RESOLUTION #P.C. 086-2004 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE OFFICE OF MARY LLANAS, DDS LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 9 (S76 W17587 JANESVILLE ROAD / TAX KEY NO. 2196.962) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on July 16, 2004 by Mary Llanas for her commercial building in order to locate a new storage shed on the property, said property is located at S76 W17587 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2196.962), and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned B-3, General Business District, and current uses are permitted by right, and WHEREAS, A 8’ x 10’ storage shed is proposed to be located approximately 40’ from the rear of the building, and WHEREAS, The color of the shed will be beige to match the color of the main building and the roof will be shingled, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amendment to a building, site and operation plan submitted by Mary Llanas for a commercial property located at S76 W17587 Janesville Road (Tax Key No. 2196.962). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
