APPROVAL FOR AN AMENDMENT TO A BUIDLING, SITE, AND OPERATION PLAN TO
ALLOW OUTDOOR SALT SALES AT SENTRY FOODS
LOCATED IN THE MUSKEGO CENTER SHOPPING COMPLEX
(W189 S7847 RACINE AVENUE)
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Mike Slifka to allow temporary outdoor sales of
salt at the Sentry Foods Store located at W189 S7847 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Temporary sales were not allowed as per the original Building, Site and Operation
Plan for this site, although have been traditionally allowed with Plan Commission approval,
and
WHEREAS, The temporary salt pallets will all be located under the existing canopy in front of
the eastern facade of the store, and
WHEREAS, A site plan has been filed for Staff review, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the request to allow
temporary outdoor sales of salt at the Sentry Foods Store located in the Muskego Centre
Shopping Complex subject to the following conditions:
1. Dates of operation approved from August 17, 2004 to August 30, 2004, and October
12 to October 25, 2004.
2. Subject to no other existing outdoor operations occurring at the same time, and
3. All pallets and are to be cleaned up by the end of last approved date for each sale
operation.
