APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE JOHNSON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 9
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On March 19, 2004 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division
was submitted by Karl and Sherrie Johnson for a property located in the NE ¼ of Section
9, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of
the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the
extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Karl and
Sherrie Johnson property located in the NE ¼ of Section 9, Town of Norway, and
recommends the same to the Common Council.
