RESOLUTION #P.C. 045-2004
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND SECTION 17:8.147 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW OTHER USES IN THE OFFICE PARK DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Section 17:8.147 of the Municipal Code identifies the BP-2 Office Park District
within the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, Planning staff has reviewed said Section of the Municipal Code and forwarded
recommendations as attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, Said recommendations depict mimicking the uses by right and uses by conditional
grant of the BP-1 Business Park and Office Park Support District for the BP-2 Office Park
District, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on March 23, 2004.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
zoning ordinance amendment relating to Section 17:8.147 to the Common Council.
