APPROVAL OF A WALL SIGN FOR DH GRAPHICS AND SIGN LOCATED AT S84
W18610 ENTERPRISE DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2223.994.016)
WHEREAS, On February 9, 2004, plans were submitted for a wall sign for DH Graphics
and Sign by Darlene Heyel, located at S84 W18610 Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The wall sign is proposed to be 48 square feet in area and would be located
on the Enterprise Drive facade, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned I-1 Industrial Park District, and said signage
conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires
Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 48 square foot
wall sign for DH Graphics and Sign, located at S84 W18610 Enterprise Drive as depicted
in the February 9, 2004 submittal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this
plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
