PCR2004005RESOLUTION #P.C. 005-2004 APPROVAL OF A WALL SIGN FOR ASCEND DESIGN LOCATED AT W144 S6305 COLLEGE COURT (TAX KEY NO. 2165.998) WHEREAS, On January 16, 2004, plans were submitted for a wall sign for Ascend Design, located at W144 S6305 College Court, and WHEREAS, The wall sign is proposed to be 30.875 square feet in area and would be located on the College Court facade, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned I-1 Industrial Park District, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 30.875 square foot wall sign for Ascend Design, located at W144 S6305 College Court as depicted in the January 16, 2004 submittal. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
