RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT
TO THE RESERVE CAPACITY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LOCATED IN SECTION
5 (LAKEWOOD MEADOWS)
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has agreed to study the take over of the
existing private water trust in the Lakewood Meadows subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Prior to switching the private water trust to municipal water service, the
boundaries of the Water Capacity Assessment District must be extended, and
WHEREAS, The extension of services to the properties is consistent with the long range
facility planning for the Utility, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend
approval to the Common Council for the extension of municipal sewer service to the
Lakewood Meadows vicinity in order to service existing residences.
