PCR2003152RESOLUTION #P.C. 152-2003 APPROVAL OF A MONUMENT SIGN FOR BANK ONE LOCATED AT S69 W15612 JANESVILLE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2172.998) WHEREAS, On November 3, 2003, plans were submitted for a monument sign for Bank One, located at S69 W15612 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The monument sign is proposed to be 50 square feet in area and would be located with a minimum 0.2 foot setback to the Janesville Road right-of-way, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-3 General Business District, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 50 square foot monument sign for Bank One, located at S69 W15612 Janesville Road as depicted in the November 3, 2003 submittal. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
