RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT
TO THE WATER CAPACITY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT LOCATED IN SECTION 3
(OAK HILL TRAIL)
WHEREAS, The development of the Chamberlain Hill subdivision has resulted in the
extension of municipal water service to existing residence on Oak Hill Trail, and
WHEREAS, Prior to connecting to municipal water service, the boundaries of the Water
Capacity Assessment District must be extended, and
WHEREAS, The extension of services to the properties is consistent with the long range
facility planning for the Utility, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend
approval to the Common Council for the extension of municipal water service to the Oak
Hill Trail vicinity in order to service existing residences.
