APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR THE SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES AT THE MUSKEGO CENTER
LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 8 (TAX KEY NO. 2192.970)
WHEREAS, A request for the temporary sale of Christmas trees has been
submitted for the parking lot of the Muskego Centre, Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to erect a temporary 7,500 square foot
fenced enclosure located at the west side of the parking lot near the main
entrance boulevard, and
WHEREAS, The proposed dates of operation will be from November 24, 2003
through December 24, 2003, and the hours of operation will be 9am to 9pm, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting no signage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
temporary sale of Christmas trees subject to the following conditions:
1. Dates of operation only approved from November 24, 2003 through
December 24, 2003, and
2. Hours of operation permitted only from 9am to 9pm, and
3. A letter of approval from the property owner must be submitted to the
Planning Department approving rental space with the understanding
that only one temporary use will be allowed on site, and
4. Applicable permits / licensing must be obtained from the City Clerkâs
Office and the Building & Engineering Department prior to any site work
on the property.
5. A letter must be submitted to the Planning Department confirming that
an existing Muskego Centre tenants will grant access to restroom
facilities.
