RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT
TO THE RESERVE CAPACITY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
(NORTH CAPE ROAD/ DURHAM DRIVE AND BOXHORN DRIVE VICINITY)
WHEREAS, Development companies have proposed to plat the Big Muskego Estates II
and Boxhorn Reserve Subdivisions located in Section 13 and Section 24, and provide
municipal sanitary sewer service to the properties, and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has endorsed the study of this proposal, and
the public interest would be served by enhancing public health, and
WHEREAS, The extension of services to the properties is consistent with the long range
facility planning for the Utility, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend
approval to the Common Council for the extension of municipal sewer service to the
North Cape Road / Durham Drive and Boxhorn Drive vicinity in order to service the Big
Muskego Estates II and Boxhorn Reserve plats.
