APPROVAL OF A MONUMENT SIGN FOR PRO HEALTH CARE REGENCY
SENIOR COMMUNITIES LOCATED AT W81 S8540 LODGE BLVD.
(TAX KEY NO. 2223.980)
WHEREAS, On September 29, 2003, plans were submitted for a monument sign for Pro
Health Care Regency Senior Communities, located at W81 S8540 Lodge Blvd, and
WHEREAS, The monument sign is proposed to be 91 square feet in area and would be
located with a minimum 20 foot setback to the Racine Avenue right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSM / OPD/ OIP Multiple Family Residence with
Planned Development Overlay District and Institutional and Public Service Overlay
District and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning
Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and
zoning permit, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves a 91 square foot
monument sign for Pro Health Care Regency Senior Communities, located at W81 S8540
Lodge Blvd. as depicted in the September 29, 2003 submittal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this
plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
