APPROVAL OF A WALL SIGN FOR ROMERO’S MARTINI LOUNGE
LOCATED AT W172 S7505 LANNON ROAD
(TAX KEY NO. 2193.069)
WHEREAS, On September 24, 2003, plans were submitted for a wall sign for Romero’s
Martini Lounge, located at W172 S7505 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The sign is proposed to be 86 square feet in area and would be located on
the Lannon Road facade, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4 / OED Highway Business District with Existing
Development Overlay District, and said signage conforms with the requirements of
Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to
the issuance of a building and zoning permit, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves an 86 square
foot wall sign for Romero’s Martini Lounge as depicted in the September 24, 2003
submittal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a
copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this
shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
