PCR2003125 RESOLUTION #P.C. 125-2003 APPROVAL OF A THREE LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE SONNENTAG PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 34 AND SW ¼ OF SECTION 35 (TAX KEY NO. 2296.999 AND 2299.998) WHEREAS, On September 11, 2003 a sketch land division was submitted by George Sonnentag for a three (3) lot boundary adjustment and roadway dedication of the Sonnentag property located in the SE ¼ of Section 34 and SW ¼ of Section 35, and WHEREAS, The proposed survey would create parcels with a minimum area of approximately 14 acres, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned EA – Exclusive Agriculture District, and the 14 acre and 24 acre parcels will require a rezoning to the A Agriculture District, and WHEREAS, The 35 acre parcel appears to meet the minimum zoning requirements of the EA – Exclusive Agriculture District, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for agriculture and low density residential uses, and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, All roadway dedications appear to be in conformance with municipal standards, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by private sewer and water facilities. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a sketch land division as submitted by George Sonnentag for property located in the SE ¼ of Section 34 and SW ¼ of Section 35. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
