PCR2003121RESOLUTION #P.C. 121-2003 APPROVAL OF A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE MARTIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 4 TAX KEY NOS. 2173.991 AND 2173.991.001 WHEREAS, On September 12, 2003 a Certified Survey Map was submitted by the City of Muskego for a one (1) lot survey of the Ethel Martin property located in the NE ¼ of Section 4, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would combine Tax Key No. 2173.991 and Tax Key No. 2173.991.001, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RSE, Residential Suburban Estate District, requiring a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 150 feet, and the parcel meets said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and WHEREAS, The CSM depicts land dedications for rights-of-way in conformity with the 2010 Street System Plan, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by public sewer and water facilities, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified Survey Map being submitted for the Martin property located in the NE ¼ of Section 4, subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers.
