APPROVAL OF WALL MOUNTED SIGN FOR MUSKEGO HEALTH AND
WELLNESS CENTER AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 8
(W188 S7830 RACINE AVENUE / TAX KEY NO. 2192.980.005)
WHEREAS, On August 27, 2003 plans for one (1) wall mounted sign was submitted by Alpha NeonX
Sign and Lighting for Muskego Health and Wellness located in the SE ¼ of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, The sign would be an internally illuminated, wall mounted sign, and the sign measures
19.125 square feet, and
WHEREAS, The sign lettering is to be constructed with a red acrylic face and to be illuminated with red
LEDs, and
WHEREAS, Section 17:6.09(6) of the Municipal Code limits the size of wall signs to 3-percent of the wall
area, and the west wall area of the structure equals 1,257 square feet, resulting in an aggregate wall sign
size of 37.7 square feet.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve one (1) wall mounted sign for
Muskego Health and Wellness Center totaling 19.125 square feet in area located at W188 S7830 Racine
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans shall be kept on file in the Building Department and
that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall
result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
