RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO CREATE SECTION 17:6.11(4)(K)
OF THE ZONING CODE PERTAINING TO BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, Under direction of the Finance Committee the Planning Department
administers a Developers Deposit Policy, and
WHEREAS, Said Policy is enacted pursuant to Municipal Code Section 3.085, titled
Fees of City Professionals Charged Back, and
WHEREAS, The Planning department has prepared an amendment to Chapter 17 to
clarify this Policy requirement in conjunction with Building Site and Operation Plan
submittals, as authorized by Section 62.23(7) of the Wisconsin State Statutes, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is scheduled before the Common Council on September
23, 2003.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby recommends to the
Common Council the creation of Section 17:6.11(4)(k) of the Municipal Zoning Code.
