RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND SECTION 17:2.02, AND
REPEAL AND RECREATE SECTION 17:6.01(3) OF THE ZONING CODE, AND
CREATE SECTION 18.27 OF THE LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE RELATING TO
ADEQUATE PUBLIC FACILITIES
WHEREAS, Under enabling legislation of Wisconsin Statutes 66.23(7)(a), (b), and (c),
revisions to Chapter 17 and Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code as deemed necessary to
effectively administer to facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, water,
sewerage, and stormwater discharge, and
WHEREAS, Said amendments sets standards for developments that are to be submitted
to the City for more complete and accurate Planning Department and Plan Commission
review, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing has been scheduled for September 23, 2003.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby recommends that
the Common Council amend Section 17:2.02, and repeal and recreate Section
17:6.01(3) of the Zoning Code, and create Section 18.27 of the Land Division Ordinance
relating to Adequate Public Facilities.
