PCR2003095RESOLUTION #P.C. 095-2003 APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN AMENDMENT FOR TALLGRASS MODEL CONDOMINIUMS LOCATED IN THE CANDLEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 2 AND NW ¼ OF SECTION 11 (MOORLAND ROAD / TAX KEY Nos. 2167.995.016, 2167.995.017, AND 2167.995.018) WHEREAS, On May 20, 2003 the Plan Commission approved a Building Site and Operation Plan and a Condominium Plat for Candlewood Village located in the SW ¼ of Section 2 and the NW ¼ of Section 11, and WHEREAS, Said approval required further review and approval of building elevations referred to as the Tallgrass model, and WHEREAS, On July 25, 2003 Plans were received for the Tallgrass Elevation, and WHEREAS, Said structures are proposed to be constructed with Arts & Crafts architectural detailing, and said structures are consistent with the Moorland South Design Guide, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the Building Site and Operation Plan Amendment for the Tallgrass model condominium located in the Candlewood Village Condominiums in the SW ¼ of Section 2 and the NW ¼ of Section 11. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That further Plan Commission approval of a Building Site and Operation Plan and determination of nonsubstantial change is required for structures having exposed basements. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
