APPROVAL OF AMENDED UNIFORM SIGNAGE PLAN FOR THE MUSKEGO
CENTRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE SE ¼ OF
SECTION 8
(RACINE AVENUE / TAX KEY Nos. 2172.971 AND 2172.972)
WHEREAS, Uniform Signage Specifications plan have been previously approved by the
Plan Commission for the Muskego Centre, and
WHEREAS, All tenant signs are currently required to be illuminated with 13-mm red
neon tubing, and
WHEREAS, On June 20, 2003 a request was received by Berg Construction to amend
said specifications to permit the use of red LED illumination sources for future tenant
wall signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an
amendment to the uniform signage plan for the Muskego Centre Planned Development
District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign specifications shall be kept on file in the
Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity
unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal
action, or both.
