PCR2003080RESOLUTION #P.C. 080-2003 APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY SUBDIVISION SIGN FOR CANDLEWOOD VILLAGE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 2 (MOORLAND ROAD / TAX KEY NO. 2167.995.017) WHEREAS, Plans for the temporary subdivision sign by Towne Realty, Inc., was submitted for Candlewood Village at the property located in the SW ¼ of Section 2 on June 6, 2003, and WHEREAS, The subdivision sign would be two-sided and each side will measure 32 square feet and would be non-illuminated, with a white background and green and black colored lettering along the Moorland Road right-of-way, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RSM/OPD, Multiple Family District with the Planned Development District Overlay, and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.13 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit, and WHEREAS, Per Section 6.13(a)(3) the sign is to be located on the premises and such sign may be permitted until such time as 90% of the condominium units have received occupancy permits. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a temporary subdivision sign with two-sides and totaling 64 square feet and would be non-illuminated along the Moorland Road right-of-way, for Candlewood Village at the property located in the SW ¼ of Section 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
