PCR2003071RESOLUTION #P.C. 071-2003 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SEFCTION 2 AND THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 11 (TAX KEY NO. 2197.249.003, 2202.999.001, AND 2202.999.002 / SANDALWOOD DRIVE EXTENSION) WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by the City of Muskego for a two lot land division of the City’s property located in the NE ¼ of Section 2 and the NW ¼ of Section 11, on May 23, 2003 and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2/OIP, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Institution and Public Service Overlay, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and RS-3/OIP, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Institution and Public Service Overlay, requiring a minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 100 feet, and said lots meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan depicts this area for institutional use consistent with the development as a community park, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will be serviced by City sanitary sewer and municipal water, and WHEREAS, Sandalwood Drive road extension is proposed to be dedicated 30-feet from centerline, and is consistent with the adopted 2010 Street System Plan, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a two lot land division of the City of Muskego property located in the NE ¼ of Section 2 and the NW ¼ of Section 11 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
