PCR2003064RESOLUTION #P.C. 064-2003 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR ST. PAULS LUTHERAN SCHOOL LOCATED IN THE NE ¼ OF SECTION 2 (S66 W14325 JANESVILLE ROAD / TAX KEY NO. 2168.999) WHEREAS, On May 9, 2003 plans were submitted by St. Paul’s Lutheran School to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the property located at S66 W14325 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The existing property contains a private elementary school building and associated facilities, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 / OIP Suburban Residence with Institutional and Public Service Overlay District and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to extend two entrance canopies on the north building elevation, and said canopies do not conform with the side yard offset requirements of the zoning district. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for St. Paul’s Lutheran School at the property located at S66 W14325 Janesville Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to release of Building Permits, petitioner shall combine tax key numbers for parcels in common ownership in order to eliminate side yard offset conflicts. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
