RESOLUTION #P.C. 062-2003
ADOPTING THE AMENDED 2010 STREET SYSTEM PLAN AND RECOMMENDATION
OF SAME TO THE COMMON COUNCIL
WHEREAS, The 2010 Street System Plan was created to illustrate the ultimate transportation
infrastructure development and ultimate right-of-way widths for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The City’s consulting engineering firm, RA Smith & Associates, was appointed by the
Common Council to oversee the task of preparing a realignment plan for Durham Drive within the
SW ¼ of Section 11, NW ¼ of Section 13, and NE ¼ of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, The Planning Department has recreated the Plan to be compatible with the City’s
Geographic Information System (GIS), and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing has been scheduled before the Common Council on June 24,
2003.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby approves the amended
2010 Street System Plan as illustrated in the attached map and detailed in the attached legal
description, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
