RESOLUTION #P.C. 057a-2003
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND SECTION 17:6.02(3)(A)(3) OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO OPD DENSITY AND PARCEL SIZE BONUSES
WHEREAS, Section 17:6.02(3)(A)(3) of the Municipal Code permits modifications to
development densities and parcel sizes in the OPD Planned Development District, and
WHEREAS, The Community Development Authority’s proposed Development District #2
Project Plan envisions the B-3 B-4 / OPD District to permit residential development with
densities consistent with the RSM / OPD District
WHEREAS, Planning staff has reviewed said Section of the Municipal Code and forwarded
recommendations as attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on May 27, 2003.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
zoning ordinance amendment relating to Section 17:6.02(3)(A)(3) to the Common Council.
