RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES AND
PROJECT PLAN FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2, CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, The Community Development Authority of the City of Muskego has
identified a boundary and prepared a Project Plan for the proposed Redevelopment
District No. 2, and
WHEREAS, Said document establishes the community’s first Redevelopment Plan
pursuant to 66.1333(6) Wisconsin Statutes, and enables the CDA and Common Council
to pursue additional strategies for the advancement of significant community-oriented
development projects, and
WHEREAS, Said boundaries and Project Plan complement the Plan Commission’s goals
and objectives as outlined in the Project Plan for Tax Increment District 8 and its
surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes require the Community Development Authority to and
to refer the boundaries and Project Plan to the City Plan Commission and other
Committee having jurisdiction within said boundaries.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby concur with
the boundaries and Project Plan for the proposed Redevelopment District No. 2.
