RESOLUTION #P.C. 002-2003
RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND SECTION 17:4.01 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, Section 17:4.01 of the Municipal Code identifies the established Zoning Districts
within the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, Planning staff has reviewed said Section of the Municipal Code and forwarded
recommendations as attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, Said recommendations depict the establishment of a zoning districts in order to
preserve, protect, and enhance the unique character of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on January 28, 2003.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
zoning ordinance amendment relating to Section 17:4.01 to the Common Council.
