APPROVAL OF STREET TREE PLANTING PLAN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE PRAIRIE MEADOW
SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 24
(TAX KEY NO. 2256.986).
WHEREAS, a Street Tree Plan and Landscape Plan was submitted by Prairie Meadow Estates LLC for the Prairie
Meadow Subdivision located in the SW ¼ of Section 24, and
WHEREAS, Said plan require the planting of deciduous species for street trees of 1.5 – 2” caliper, and said
species are recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan as Adopted July 11, 2000, and
WHEREAS, The diversity of street trees is within the specifications outlined in the Urban Forestry Development
Information brochure as recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the street tree plan for the Prairie
Meadow Subdivision located in the SW ¼ of Section 24.
