APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE COTTINGHAM TRUST PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTIONS 11 AND 12,
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, On December 6, 2002 A Certified Survey Map was submitted by the Cottingham
Trust for a property located in Sections 11 and 12, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map of the Cottingham Trust property, in Sections 11 and 12, Town of Norway,
and recommends the same to the Common Council.
