APPROVAL OF WALL MOUNTED SIGN FOR H & R BLOCK AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT W189 S7740 RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Plans for one (1) wall mounted sign was submitted by Midwest Sign and Lighting, Inc. for the
H R Block in the Muskego Centre property located at W189 S7740 Racine Avenue on November 20.
2002, and
WHEREAS, The sign would be an internally illuminated, wall mounted sign, and the sign would have a 32
square foot display area, and
WHEREAS, Uniform Signage Specifications plan have been previously approved by the Plan
Commission for the Muskego Center, and
WHEREAS, The sign lettering is to be constructed with a white acrylic face which conforms to the
Signage Specifications, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be illuminated with a 13-mm red neon tube, which conforms to the Signage
Specifications, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be constructed with a 24" high letters, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be constructed with 0.050 aluminum returns which conforms to the Signage
Specifications.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve one (1) wall mounted sign
submitted for the H 8 R Block in the Muskego Centre properly located at W189 S7740 Racine Avenue.

that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans shall be kept on file in the Building Department and
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall
result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
