PCR2002162RESOLUTION #P.C. 162-2002 AMENDED APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE CITY PARKS GARAGE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE X OF SECTION 9 (TAX KEY NOS. 2196.976 and 2176.988 I W179 S7732 PIONEER DRIVE) WHEREAS, A landscape plan was prepared by the Conservation Coordinator for City Parks Garage in the SE X of Section 9, and WHEREAS, The plan illustrates coniferous plantings intended to provide opaque screening between the Parks Garage and Pioneer Drive, and WHEREAS, Planting sizes are a minimum 6-feet in height for coniferous trees, and 18-inch height, or two-gallon pot for all shrubs, and species conform to those recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the landscape plan for City Parks Garage located in the SW % of Section 9 as submitted November 5,2002. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that ail aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHE RESOLVED, That approval is contingent upon affirmative recommendation by the Park Board.
