PCR2002161- AMENDED e .~ APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR CITY PARK PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG PILAK RESOLUTION #P.C. 161-2002 CREEK IN THE SW X OF SECTION 9 (TAX KEY NO 2195.953 / Wl80 S7795-99 PIONEER DRIVE) WHEREAS, A landscape plan was prepared by the Conservation Coordinator for City Park property located along Pilak Creek in the SE X of Section 9. and WHEREAS, The plan illustrates coniferous plantings intended to provide opaque screening from Pioneer Drive to the residences west of the creek, and WHEREAS, Planting sizes are a minimum 6-feet in height for coniferous trees, and 18-inch height, or two-gallon pot for all shrubs, and species conform to those recommended by the Urban Forestry Strategic Plan, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the landscape plan for City Park property located along Pilak Creek in the SE X of Section 9 as submitted November 5, 2002. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is contingent upon affirmative recommendation bv the Park Board.
