RESOLUTION #P.C. 151-2002
FOR THE LEWINS PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 11, TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, On October 21, 2002 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was
submitted by Leonard Lewins for a property located in Section 11, Town of Waterford. and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego, and
jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must also approve of all land divisions within their
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the Lewins property. in Section 11,
Town of Waterford. and recommends the same to the Common Council.
