PCR2002149e RESOLUTION #P.C. 149-2002 RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO CREATE CHAPTER 41 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statute 66.1001 pertains to Municipal Comprehensive Plans, and
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes require Municipal Comprehensive Plans, and detailed plans
adopted as components of the Comprehensive Plans, to be adopted by Ordinance of the
Common Council, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on November 26,
2002.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
Chapter 41, Comprehensive Plans, to the Common Council.
