PCR2002136APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR THE DEBACK PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 1, TOWN OF NORWAY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 136-2002
WHEREAS, On September 9. 2002 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was
submitted by Harold DeBack for a property located in Section 1. Town of Norway. and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the City
of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be potential for adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, The land division abuts Union Church road I Eight Mile Road, and rights-of-way are
dedicated in accordance with the adopted 2010 Street System Plan for the City of Muskego. and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the extraterritorial
Town of Norway, and recommends the same to the Common Council.
Certified Survey Map creating a two (2) lot land division of the DeBack properly. in Section 1,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That on-site stormwater management which meets the minimum
standards of Chapter 34 of the City of Muskego Municipal Code shall be incorporated into any
development of the subject property.
