PCR20021300 RESOLUTION #P.C. 130-2002 ST PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH PROPERTY LOCATED AT S66 W14225 JANESVILLE ROAD APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE (TAX KEY NOS. 2165,962,2165.972.2165.975, and 2168.999) WHEREAS, On September 6, 2002 plans were submitted by David Miller to amend the existing W14225 Janesville Road. and Building, Site and Operation Plan of the St Paul's Lutheran Church property located at S66 WHEREAS, The existing property contains a church, private elementary school, and ancillary uses, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to construct east and west wings to the existing church structure totalling approximately 9,200 square feet for the preschool and fellowship hall, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3 I OIP District and the existing and proposed uses are in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed structures meet the setback, offset, and floor area requirements of the zoning district, and WHEREAS, Landscaping plans have been submitted which illustrates new plantings around the building addition, and WHEREAS, Stormwater management plans have been submitted and are currently being reviewed by the City's consulting engineers for compliance, and WHEREAS, The site plans have been forwarded to the Fire Inspector for conformance with local fire codes. and WHEREAS, The addition to the church is proposed to be constructed of face brick to match the existing structure, and WHEREAS, The site plan illustrates a new access to Janesville Road located approximately 680- feet east of the west lot line (along the west addition), and the Waukesha County DOT has approved this access subject to the removal of the existing gravel drive located 40-feet east of the west lot line, and WHEREAS, Private water currently serves the parcel, and the proposal must exhibit the ability to provide adequate water service for fire protection purposes. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended Building. property located at S66 W14225 Janesville Road, in accordance with site plans submitted Site and Operation Plan for the construction of two (2) additions at the St Paul's Lutheran Church September 6, 2002. 0 provisions of Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code prior to the release of building permits.
